Ronald Lavater is an accomplished healthcare executive with 25 years of experience in leadership positions in investor-owned, public and non-profit healthcare companies in the United States and international markets.

He has also presented at numerous international healthcare forums and is considered an expert in business growth initiatives, health system operations, and company strategic planning.

Joined International Hospital Federation (IHF) in October 2020 to allow for a smooth two-month transition period and officially took over leadership in December 2020
