Hospital CEO, Healthcare Futurist and Best Selling Author
Josh Luke, Ph.D. is internationally known as America’s leading healthcare futurist. A veteran hospital CEO, Luke is Adjunct Faculty for the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy. Luke, a Fellow with the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE), was the best-selling author for ACHE in 2015. He utilizes his personable and humorous story-telling ability to illustrate key messages. He presents his “Health System of the Future” message globally, advising how America’s healthcare system is transforming. A husband and father, Luke is well-known for educating consumers on how to access care and navigate a complicated delivery system. His most recent book, written for mainstream America is called Ex-Acute: A former hospital CEO tells all on what’s wrong with American healthcare, What every American needs to know.

Kyle has over 10 years of experience building disruptive technology companies. He is currently the CEO of HomeHero, one of the largest providers of non-medical home care in California. He started HomeHero after observing the devastating process his father went through finding trusted caregivers for his 98-year-old grandmother, and dedicated his life to fixing one of the biggest problems of his generation. HomeHero has provided over 1 million hours of care to thousands of families and won "Best Employment Website of 2014" at the Webby Awards.
In 2015, Kyle was named to Forbes “30 Under 30” list in Healthcare. He serves on the Board at Pomona College, working with the healthcare and venture groups. He has appeared on CNN, NPR, Fortune, Forbes and Wall Street Journal, This Week in Startups (TWiST), Business Rockstars, KTLA and ABC's Shark Tank, and actively speaks at healthcare and technology events worldwide.
